Scheduled four clients and it took him 5 hours to see everyone. He also tried to charge my clients $50 per person to have their medical records forwarded to their caregiving agencies! Seen my first client in August on the 24, and has not sent medical records even after telling me several times before today that he would send the medical records! Today he decides that he needs a fee. Disgusting! Not here to help disabled clients at all, just wants money out of their pockets.

It would've been very helpful if the front desk would've mentioned it. This was my first time. I've been to other clinics for walk-in service and never had to wait like this. Not a good time impression. My search for a primary continues....
