- ZDZondra DunnSep 17, 20251.0He is Very unprofessional and the front office women do nothing besides answer the phone, he doesn’t allow them to do any real work! Scheduled four clients and it took him 5 hours to see everyone. He also tried to charge my clients $50 per person to have their medical records forwarded to their caregiving agencies! Seen my first client in August on the 24, and has not sent medical records even after telling me several times before today that he would send the medical records! Today he decides that he needs a fee. Disgusting! Not here to help disabled clients at all, just wants money out of their pockets.

I called back he said hello I said how are you doing today and he screamed at me sir I said how can we help you very rude definitely need to be reported
