Poorly managed. My doctor has to send in a script, and instead of it being ordered, I have to call wait 15 minutes to get to a pharmacist, just to confirm I want the prescription my doctor sent in. It seems like they don’t want to help people

I don't know why I keep selecting this pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy... I guess because it's the closest to my house. The female pharmacist is very nonchalant and impersonal. When you try to get in contact with them, no one answers the phone promptly. There is a gentleman pharmacist that is quite helpful, which is why I rated 3-stars... but those black female techs need to get it together.

Kroger at Welsey Chapel is maddeningly slow, have inconvenient and limited hours, and some of the employees are actually rude. I had asked about a medication and the pharmacy clerk snapped at me and said she was reading something and never actually answered my question.
