All members behind the pharmacy counter moved slow and didn’t acknowledge the customers waiting… no thanks for your patience or I’ll be right with you. Once I finally got to the counter I was told that they hadn’t prepared it and they would call when it’s ready later that day. I didn’t receive a call until late yesterday. I come in today and the Asian guy whose name starts with a T was very bland and threw my bag and receipt at me and walked away once I closed out. Horrible customer service!

When I let her know that all that is required is my license number, she then told me to "call the medication into another facility because she's not dealing with this" and hung up on me. Unprofessional and rude. Happily reported her to the pharmacy board.

They never let me know when my prescription was ready, so I came 3 hours later and they said they don’t have enough in stock to fill my 2nd prescription (which I really needed). They couldn’t call and let me know? They couldn’t check another Kroger pharmacy if they had it? What horrible customer experience. Go elsewhere.
