I was seen at the hospital 10/1 and had requested several medications be filled at this location midafternoon. I decided to give them time to fill the medications and i would pick up morning of 10/2. After arriving i was told they didn’t fill my medications because they couldn’t call me to verify. There is no need to verify if i told the hospital to call it in here. Stop being lazy and fill the damn prescriptions that you receive so people don’t have to suffer without their medication.

The pharmacist Mercy does not change gloves between patient immunizations and medication dispensing. I literally saw her dispense med, pick up a empty water bottle left in waiting area then call two patients back all with the same blue gloves. I will be calling corporate
Also the tech Chad has a major attitude

They don’t know how to count when it comes to my pills. I just got out of the hospital from a c-section. The doctor told me she’s not going to give me pills anymore because I called them and told them they miscounted my pills. Pathetic! Haha!!
