  Arrived at Krogers to pick up meds at the window outside of the store where I was told it would be a wait and that I should come inside. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and I would suggest that appropriate staff be on site to assist with customers who led rather not enter the store.

  I ain’t gone never get better waiting on prescription that was put in the day before. Come in at 10:30am they say an hr til they ready. Come back at 1:30 and my prescription still ain’t ready. Now I have to wait another hr.

  I moved my child's history from Publix to this location. The attendance are pleasant and helpful. They are quick with responding to drop offs and pickups. They keep her refills current. Thanks for all you do for the community.

  I was seen at the hospital 10/1 and had requested several medications be filled at this location midafternoon. I decided to give them time to fill the medications and i would pick up morning of 10/2. After arriving i was told they didn’t fill my medications because they couldn’t call me to verify. There is no need to verify if i told the hospital to call it in here. Stop being lazy and fill the damn prescriptions that you receive so people don’t have to suffer without their medication.

  This is the worst pharmacy ever. It is ALWAYS an issue with my son's medicine. And it's alway an issue with them opening on time if you get here at 8 they are still closed the when you return at at 8 12 they are telling you you have to wait 15 minutes for the computer to boot up . If you open at 8 then someone should be here at 7:30 so you can be ready on time . I also put in a refill on a Friday she told me it would be ready on Monday its now Thursday and still no medicine .. I will be switching my pharmacy asap
