- NBN BedfordJan 6, 20255.0Home Instead took GREAT care of both my Mom, then my Dad in the home during the last years of their earthly lives. I cannot recommend this service and location more highly. I first decided to use based on the high quality of reviews in 2020. When there was rarely an administration issue, the office staff worked quickly to resolve. However, that only happened twice over the course of four years and both times was a logistics issue. The care staff is compassionate and takes pride in their work. Many of their caretakers came to my parents' funerals because of the bonds they built with them over the years of care. This to me says true care, compassion and integrity. It is a difficult choice when looking for a team to care for your loved ones. Having gone through this process for both parents, please heed my advice and use Home Instead Lawrenceville/Dunwoody, GA location. I highly recommend them.
