- PHPatti HopeDec 17, 20251.0Signed up for two classes today. Reformer one and center and balance. The studio was cold and they said that the studio had been 82° for the first early class and so they were cooling it down. Never warmed up. Had to put on two pairs of socks and socks on my hands to be able to finish the first class. First they said the thermostat set at 74 and then the front desk person said it was set at 70 and there was nothing to do about it. The temperature outside was 37° this morning so obviously someone can change the thermostat if the temperature was up at 82° Did not stay for the second class because I was shivering. I’ve completed 459 classes with Club Pilates and I’ve never had this experience. And the attitude of the front desk person was disappointing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first pilates class with Aisha on 9/21/25. 🩷 I totally skipped over the introductory class and jumped right in, and Im kinda glad I did. I appreciated Aisha’s patience and guidance. I didn’t know what I was doing 😆 But everyone was so nice & encouraging. Pilates is no joke! It’s Tuesday and my body is still feeling it from Sunday. 💪🏾 Although I’m a newbie, I love pilates already and eager to continue on my health and wellness journey.
