We had an anatomy lesson (brief) which helped us understand the process of hearing. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. - IGIda Glynn6 days ago5.0Anyone with a hearing problem needs to know how great Patti is at Audio Nova (in Decatur) I was fitted for a Phonak hearing aid at another dealer’s about a year ago, and it never worked satisfactorily… Today Patti adjusted it for me and the world is a different place! Everything is clearer and I don’t feel so isolated anymore. Patti has my vote of confidence, and I’ll never trust anyone else with my “ears” again. She is just AMAZING!!!
