Ms. Patricia Mitchell performed the hearing/adio test for me within minutes of my arrival and we talked in her office about correcting my hearing problem going forward. Ms Mitchell recommended I try the Phonac hearing aids system for the best result and customer satisfaction. After she allowed me to try on a pair, I knew I was in the right place because my hearing improved tremendously . As a musician (guitarist/vocalist) I am hearing tones that I was missing before. This means the world to me and I can't thank AudioNova and Phonac enough for the caring and professionalism that they and Ms. Mitchell have done to improve my quality of life by greatly improving my hearing.
