- GBGreg BryantApr 3, 20261.0Dropped off a prescription for a steroid at 9am on a Friday. The pharmacists asked me when I would like to pick it up. I said at noon if possible. They said, Ok. My wife called at 12pm. And they told her it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the pharmacy drive through at 3pm. They told me it wasn't filled and it would be a 20-25 minute wait for them to fill it "if I wanted it today"(their words). If I showed up at 12 and it wasn't filled I would understand. But three hours later?

- SSSam SFeb 14, 20261.0I’m not sure why they have the rudest people at the front desk and pharmacy(it’s not all of them, but there have been more than a few occasions). You work at a pharmacy where sick people come every day, you should be able to show empathy or not be condescending- maybe you should get a different job. Also have been lied to about wait times on several occasions as well when you can see that I had two visibly sick children.
