  I see Meghan every other month and she has been the most patient medical care giver. I'm not easy. I try to do things timely, but I forget things and drop the ball and get confused often. She sees my stress and anxiety level and seems to genuinely care. She listens to me even when its not medical. She let's me snotty ugly cry. Yes, there's been mix ups at the desk in the past, but I try to be as patient with them as they are with me. We are all merely human, afterall. I recommend anyone to Ghosn that is discussing doctor's in my presence. This is the first time in my 42 years I have ever maintained my mental health conditions with meds. It has been 2 years of consistency because these guys genuinely listen. My first visit was with Doctor Woody and when I explained how long it had been since I saw a medical professional he sat down and spent a good amount of time discussing my needs and goals and immediately set up my first physical and completely eased my fear of doctor visits and meds. Two years with one office when I havent had more than 3 visits with a doctor outside of pregnancy in 20 years. That is as much on them as me. I don't think I could have fought through my anxiety for more than one visit had anything been different.

  Unprofessional, and Unorganized. I came in for a drug screen, physical, and TB test, that was paid for by my employer. The office did not send in my results. (Obviously they never do, so why not give me a copy to provide to them?) When I called they sent another patients results, and want to talk to me like I'm the problem. Looks to me the ladies in the front desk needs more training, for their job, and patient support.

  DO NOT USE THIS DR OFFICE. They will mislead you disregard you and not diagnose you properly. My boyfriend had high cholesterol for two years and had no idea because Goshen never told him he had high cholesterol now it is called health problems, but looking back at his chart we’ve seen that they clearly knew he had high cholesterol along with high blood pressure. Along with colon issues that he’s had for two years and they Never sent him to a G.I. doctor. I’ve called and left numerous messages with the manager of the clinic no response back from her days before you get replies back about blood work and then a day. Don’t go over it properly. If they even call you do not recommend this office whatsoever. if I could give them a zero star, I would

  Dr Ghosn is an excellent Dr and GENUINELY cares. He's very thorough. He's the only Dr that has genuinely tried to help me with the numerous symptoms of my health issues. He's the only Dr that has offered different medications not usually given for certain symptoms. His medical care has been a game changer for me and my quality of life. Yes, wait times can be long and calls aren't always returned in a timely manner, but to me the medical care and genuine concern for my wellbeing that I receive from Dr Ghosn outweighs any inconveniences I may experience once a month. And Stephanie his M.A/Nurse is also excellent and caring. I can't say enough good things about my care.

  I have been going to Ghosn for primary care for years and have had many problems. They are extremely ineffective in communicating. They have left me with an expired prescription- with no warning- and have had zero urgency or care for my situation. This is a medication that can have dangerous side effects if stopped suddenly and I am going through severe withdrawal symptoms that could be completely avoided if they would get back to me.
