- CCCandace ChapmanMar 17, 20261.0Lady at the desk was rude and left us waiting for 10 minutes after check in and told us we were late and would have to wait an hour and 15 minutes. We arrived 5 minutes late for a sports physical and well within our held spot to start and finish the physical. We checked in and completed all paperwork prior to arrival. She was not at the desk and didn’t bother to see who had checked in when she returned until the next person’s appointment.

- CAChristina AliffiApr 28, 20241.0Terrible customer service! We had the first appointment. We were 7 min early which was before they opened. We walked up just as the provider was arriving. I greeted her by saying “hi I think we are your first appointment “ she dead pan stared and me, spoke not a word and walked in her office. When she emerged she had a more pleasant attitude. However, the woman working the front desk was also super rude! Apparently there were things I filled out incorrectly online. She called me out for it and as she was correcting my mistake, she would ask me a question and as I answered she would just shake her head at me as if I was so dumb to have answered the question wrong! Definitely we did not feel welcome here. Obviously many other have experienced the same. I only wish I had read the reviews first!
