- CCCandace Chapman6 days ago1.0Lady at the desk was rude and left us waiting for 10 minutes after check in and told us we were late and would have to wait an hour and 15 minutes. We arrived 5 minutes late for a sports physical and well within our held spot to start and finish the physical. We checked in and completed all paperwork prior to arrival. She was not at the desk and didn’t bother to see who had checked in when she returned until the next person’s appointment.
