- NDNik DDec 6, 20251.0Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am on Saturday per their page. I sat waiting in the line and the window never opened. Called and the girl told me it opens at 9:15 I said oh I’m at the window since 9am since the website said 9 but ok I will wait. Now it’s 9:19 still closed. I took the video and she opened the window and told me to hold on. It’s 9:24 now. Crazy. I just want my medicine and my left ankle is twisted so I can’t go inside. Spoke with the pharmacist who claims they had a long line inside ( by the way not a soul was in line when I checked) but every pharmacy does and you go between them both. What I do know is I just waited 24 minutes because you chose your own schedule to open your drive thru. Very unprofessional and not very good customer service at all. Respect my time as well.

They should also take responsibility for their screw up instead of making bs excuses and then giving an attitude as if there is something wrong with you for pointing out their screwups.

I've attempted 3 times to get this medicine. 1st time...they were doing work on the light in the drive thru...2nd time was just closed though it was normal business hours...3rd and final time....hours say 8-8 I waited until 805 and its still closed I call she says 815 I ask why the sign doesnt say that she says "its just 10 more minutes" I explain I have a sprained ankle and a newborn in the back I cant wait 10 more minutes. No apology no nothing. Called to speak to a supervisor...no apology or nothing. Explained they need to update their sign will be transferring my prescriptions
