In my experience, usually when you pick up drugs from a pharmacy, either the pharmacist or a tech will tell you SOMETHING about the drugs you've been prescribed. Not here though, despite no line, the pharmacist is too busy to see you, and the techs don't even know what the label says and give you incorrect information when they don't know! After being handed my cold medicines without a word, I read the label and asked if "PSE" meant that pseudoephedrine was included in the formulation. The tech said NO. I go home and Google it and sure enough, yeah it absolutely does. You're gonna get someone killed.

Quick turn-arounds on Rx and a mostly friendly staff. Everything we need is always in stock compared to other pharmacies.

I ordered a refill of my prescription and called to confirm that it was ready; which it was. I decided to come pick it up the next day since I had one dose left. When I went the next day, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that my prescription isn’t ready and won’t be for some time. This prescription is extremely important for me to take and for them to hinder me getting it is just unethical.

They sent me in circles for a week. They ordered a medicine for my daughter, then she they got it told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So I had to get a new prescription from the doctor, after doing that, and giving Kroger the new prescription they said it would be done in a few hours. I came back and had to wait in line again for over 30 minutes and they said they didn’t have it ready to wait another 10 min. So I came back and they told me they didn’t have it in stock!! I have spent all week trying to get this medicine and an entire day waiting for them To fill it and they never called me one time to let me know they didn’t have it and never told me at the window either!! Horrible customer service!!
