No answer from their phone line. I waited for 4 solid minutes of phone ringing. Very unprofessional. So I drove to the clinic... because I needed to be seen. And didn’t want to waste too much time. Of course once I arrive, I was told it was too late in the evening to be seen. So I definitely did waste an hour driving here and now having to go back home. I have to be an hour and a half away tomorrow for a week long state mandatory training. I have no way to come back. Nor is there anywhere else in network. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if there was someone to answer the phone or even just a voicemail. Don’t state on google you are open until 730 if you only accept patients until 630. Misleading.

Signed in because apparently the " we are too full to see you sign" had fell off and was under the desk on the floor even though it was 1.5 hrs before closing, they were so offended because I registered at the kiosk and were shocked I was there. I was asked repeatedly in front others how I signed in, I felt like I was being scolded publicly for being there. The PA even opened the door to a room with a patient in it and talked about me. I told them if it was an issue I would leave, so I did because they obviously didn't want to see me. Very offensive, unprofessional and down right rude, I won't ever go back. I even put the sign on the kiosk when I saw it on the floor and another lady sitting there told me she thought it had fell off.

They turned me away almost an hour before they close even though the sign said they accept sign ins until the posted closing time. There was only one person ahead of me to be seen who had already signed in and they turned away two people after me. If they do not honor a posted policy, then it should not be posted. They may be great if you can see them, (I'll never know), but I feel that it is unprofessional to turn away people an hour before close if a sign says they will accept until closing.
