  I believe this is one of the better gyms in the area it provides so many different options for machines as well as the recovery being amazing here. For the price I believe it’s worth it. I pay the membership ship that includes the strike studio and although the classes and instructors are amazing I’m reconsidering paying this much due to a recent confrontation with a worker. Telling me I can’t be in there without a coach or a class which really didn’t seem right since I’m paying to have full access to it. And as an amateur boxer this really confused me. Even after that I’d still recommend this gym at least only recommended the cheap membership. I’m just now confused about the rules and reconsidering the strike studio.

  Onelife in H-mill has everything you needed and even things you didnt! Evenings get a little packed but not to the point where it’s unbearable.

  So far so good- there were maintenance issues immediately after joining but have been fixed. I left my other gym bc the pool is loaned out to British swim school and they’ve infiltrated another pool it seems. I have been able to swim when I want most of the time. Haven’t done a class yet, but the gym feels good to be in, equipped with items that have usually been for personal training areas in other gyms, locker room very well kept, and suana is def hot like it should be! Drawback is price, but the equipment is plentiful and amenities are top notch. Staff has been helpful. Shoutout manager Jonathan for dealing with my less than perky attitude the other day. He was very professional. Would recommend and brought a friend recently. Guest passes for repeat users (those that live out of state or far away) would be nice. I hope to bring my friend back on our monthly outing!

  Well some people got responses here so maybe this is how I can get some closure on my issue.. I signed up for coaching for $120 during the special when they first opened. I got assessed by a trainer named Matt which he seemed very friendly and great next appointment I had with him he canceled they said he was sick. In between that time I had an MRI to find out I needed some PT and had some body issues I had to deal with before doing the coaching. When I did get back with Matt in texting he said let me check my schedule, never heard back from him for weeks. In same text I waved👋 at him to remind him about me.. still never heard from him. Called & spoke to Zack, The Man In Charge, told him what transpired, he said he would hook me up with a coach named Ed, that Ed would contact me. It's been over 2 weeks. At this point I have a bit of an attitude and would just like my money back. I was told it's past the refund date. So what am I supposed to do just let them take my money? I shouldn't have to chase them to provide the service that I paid for. Not sure where to go from here.

  Amazing gym, had everything I need , clean, fancy, new equipment. Only thing that is preventing me from giving 5 stars is the people who go here don't know how to put their equipment back properly! I always have to look for the right set of dumbbells and they're never in the correct spot. I would often find 25lb dumbbells at the 60 lb location. I don't understand how people go to the gym to not be lazy but are too lazy to put dumbbells and equipment in their correct location!
