  I needed to change pharmacies to this location . I spoke to a very kind associate who was able to make the change for me and when I was done shopping she had my Rx ready, AND she recognized me and took care of me straight away. She even found a good discount for me since my insurance has poor coverage. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy!

  This location is the best because of pharmacist Jeriann! She is awesome, she’s always so pleasant and kind. She knows her customers names, and is knowledgeable and helpful. She’s a doll and an asset to the store!

  The overall pricing isn't bad for customers without insurance who choose to utilize the Good Rx prescription savings card. However the low rating is for the following reasons: they don't suggest you to use the Kroger specific Good Rx savings which is a huge difference in price, bad thing is most prescriptions expire in 1 year which is the legal law in all states and certain class prescriptions never expire, but according to the store pharmacy management the best business practices here is they only honor prescriptions for 6 months which is a disadvantage to customers because if one doesn't have insurance this can be costly and most customers choose which is most important and needed based on pain level and financial situation. I was able to get the prescription that didn't expire at the Walgreens across the street without any problems. The pharmaceutical manager did inform me that I was correct regarding the law on prescription expiration it's just this location that doesn't honor the law which is disappointing because their prices are the most affordable for those who lack insurance. So with that in mind this isn't the best choice because most people who need medicine need affordable care and convenient measures not a time limit to when someone can utilize it. Huge dissatisfaction with that aside not informative of the difference in having the Kroger GOod RX card vs the regular Good RX card that's supposed to be valid anywhere at all pharmacies. I've previously had the same discount card at Costco and the technician there informed me that the Costco savings was less than the Good Rx and that was beneficial information to me because I don't have insurance and need the best deal. Maybe next time they will be more informative and helpful and I will update review if this takes place.
