My experience with the assistant pharmacy manager, Victoria S., was disappointing and unprofessional. Her communication was rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing healthcare environment. Additionally, she overstepped appropriate boundaries by inserting herself into matters outside her role, acting in a way that was more fitting for a physician rather than pharmacy management. Customer service in a pharmacy requires professionalism, respect, and an understanding of one’s role, and those standards were not met. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure patients are treated with courtesy and professionalism going forward.

Been using this pharmacy for years. Now after several times of my prescription going from "being processed" to not being filled/canceled without being notified I will not be using this pharmacy any more. When I asked about why it was not filled they could not give me an explanation.

Id give zero stars if i could. The pharmacist is unprofessional and discriminatory. They are highly disorganized and incompetent. I will never be using this pharmacy again after I pick up my prescriptions tomorrow.
My liver doesn’t work properly so I can’t take nsaids or steroids. When I have an autoimmune flare and surgery, I usually get scripted scheduled or controlled meds. I had a script called in in August. It’s now September and they still refuse to fill it. I’ve been fighting lymphoma and they have no idea what people go through.
The pharmacist should’ve processed my prescription two weeks ago and here they are pushing it back another day and have very nasty attitudes. They also accused me of misusing/abusing a controlled substance as if it weren’t prescribed to me.
I won’t resort to insults or profanity, but I will say that as a retired pharmacy technician and pharmacovigilance coordinator, the team is disorganized, purposely misinforms people to rush out the door. I get it, it’s a hard job to do and they may have stuff going on in their lives too, but compassion and care and respect are lacking at this pharmacy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there

I do all my major grocery shopping here but after I pick up my latest presciption I’m changing all future prescriptions someplace else. EVERYtime I go (always inside) they are rude and act like you are bothering them. Once I needed help with finding something compatible with my diabetes meter and you would have thought I was asking them to do my taxes and without a doubt the young girl with the blue hair is absolutely awful, rude impatient etc. I’m done!!!
