I was walked through the process to find what best would suite me and the needs of my feet. I was able to try on the insoles to assure they fit comfortably. They explained what issues my foot has and what steps to take to correct them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone suffering from flat feet or any other foot pain. God bless their souls ❤️

I was told someone would follow up with me to see how the product was working, but I never received a call. I went back about a week later because it was honestly very expensive and I hadn’t even worn the soles. I was told to keep trying them and make adjustments to see if they would better fit my feet. They mentioned that if the changes didn’t work, a refund might be possible. However, I feel they were not fully upfront about their refund policy and did not clearly explain that there may be no way to get your money back. After being told again that someone would reach out, I still never received any response. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend going here. I think you may save a lot of money by consulting with your doctor first.

I had heard positive results from different people who have their arch support system, and am hoping to experience the same. I have had custom made orthotics in the past, and they correct nothing, so I am looking forward to taking an alternate route. I was born with club feet and have serious issues with my feet. These would be beneficial for anyone though, since our whole bodies rest upon our two feet. These guys were helpful, informative, but not pushy. If you go in to see them based on my review, give them my name, and perhaps you’ll receive a discount! All around, A+

Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
