  I do feel everyone I've encountered in the office have been very nice, friendly and helpful. At appointments and my one procedure, so far, I went back quickly and didn't wait in the back forever. The down side so far, I've had absolutely no relief from my pain, yet and I feel like no one is listening to me. The phone system kinda sucks!! How in the world would I know that if I want to speak to a nurse I have to push the Rx line?!! You can't call the Cumming office direct or speak to anyone from it. I will say when I figured it all out, the nurse did call back quickly but was NO HELP!! At my GI, I can call my providers nurse directly. I don't get why you can't speak to one from the office you go to!? I told them, the pain medicines, plural, aren't working I'm having to double up to get any relief and told to take Tylenol, which is a JOKE!! And, if I run out early, and blah blah I CAN GET IN TROUBLE for not taking it right. I went there for pain relief and to fix the problem!! If I know the ONLY way I CAN GET RELIEF WHY CANT THEY LISTEN?? I know my body, I know what's working nd what doesn't. I've lived in this body 54 years, they just met me for 10 minutes. I hate pills. Hate being on these pills, but I HAVE TO WORK! I'm sorry, but all these drug addicts have ruined the pain medication for those of us in real need!

  I mostly see Deborah. She is always patient and kind. She answers all questions and advocates for me to insurance (I think a team of people help with this). I have also had several procedures. The docs and staff are kind and encouraging.

  Professional, kind and listen to your concerns . Very easy procedures involved with sedation and is quick no pain during and Dr. Do and the Anesthesiologist are every good and professional. A+++

  I came in for my monthly check up for the first time to the Cumming Office. The staff was amazing! They were so caring and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area!!
