Appointments are not well managed and you don’t have anyone who can answer your question. Would not recommend.

What a miserable way to make an appointment. I’m pretty good at navigating through the systems to speak to a real person. However, here I was unable to do so and was forced to go the automated route, which was not a fun experience, obviously you cannot ask an automated system any questions plus it took almost doubled the amount of time.

Under construction. Smelled and dusty. Appointments running late. Unhappy employees complaining, and not congenial with clients. Bad experience overall.
Very disappointed with my experience.
They closed the receptionist window, there is no human contact at all anymore. Everything is pushed to a machine, and it’s simply not working. While I was there, three other people (besides me) had to leave because we couldn’t get our questions answered through the system.
I waited, tried to speak with a technician, and unfortunately he seemed annoyed and was not helpful. In the end, I had to leave without getting what I needed and now I have to go back again.
Please bring back some form of human interaction. Not everything can or should be handled by a machine. People need to be able to ask questions, especially when something isn’t straightforward.
This experience was frustrating and unnecessary.
Absolutely horrible. No one there at front desk and by the time technician come to see you they said your time passed book appointment and come again even I told them I’m on fasting however they didn’t listen and just ignored. I have re book come after 3 hrs to give blood with fasting. Very bad service. Avoid this service if possible.
