- SSSakamuri SakamuriOct 9, 20211.0Pathetic experience. I registered ahead for flu vaccine and provided all insurance information in the Kroger website when I book the appointment. I had to wait in line for 20 mins just to sign in at the counter. After 30 mins, the pharmacist came back and mentioned he need a pharmacy card … why the hell they didn’t ask during appointment booking? No clue. Then it is another 40 mins before we got flu vaccine. Ended up waiting 1.5 hrs even with a scheduled appointment. Don’t waste your time
