  I have known Dr. Kratz for over 12 years now. I first started with him back at his old office in Alpharetta, where he completely fixed my bad back pain and even helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis — something I never thought a chiropractor could do.I was so glad when I found out he moved to Cumming. A few weeks ago I started having really bad shoulder pain, and after just a few visits with his treatment plan, the pain has already improved a lot. Additionally benefit this pollen season is that I am not nearly as allergic as usual, I probably think it is due to all the adjustments. Dr. Kratz is always full of energy, has the biggest smile, and really knows how the human body works. He explains everything so clearly and also provides some good tips to stay healthy.. I also have to give a big shoutout to his front desk staff — they’re awesome! They always make sure I am in and out quickly, which really helps with my busy schedule. Highly recommend Dr. Kratz and his team!

  Extremely happy to have found Dr. Kratz. My back has hurt for a while now and by visit #4, I was feeling so much better. He takes the time to explain to you, in detail, what is wrong with your spine, and then he makes a plan on how to make you feel better. I am truly grateful for this practice. The staff is wonderful as well!

  Dr. Kratz is amazing! I have been going to him for over a year and he keeps my back from killing me! His staff is wonderful too and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

  I was so hesitant to go to a chiropractor but when the pain got so bad I decided to try it and I am lucky I met Dr.Kratz wife at an event. I called them up and have had 2 visits so far and will be going back for sure! Everyone is so nice and make you feel so welcomed all my nerves about going went away! 100% recommend! As a bonus his office is so aesthetically pleasing and calming! Thank you Dr. Kratz and all the staff!

  Dr. Kratz and the wonderful people in the office are nothing short of amazing! Chiropractic care has been the only thing to help with my back issues, and Dr. Kratz goes above and beyond to answer my questions and actually listen. I have been dealing with debilitating lower back pain due to herniated discs, which seriously limited my mobility. After being adjusted by Dr. Kratz and working out a plan to wellness I am standing straighter, and with almost no pain. I was so impressed that I brought my wife to be adjusted. Now he is our families Chiropractor. 10 out of 10 stars!
