We simply wanted an approximate cost for the lenses so we could plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the women working there today did not want to help us at all. It was a very bad experience. We will definitely not be coming back.

This special individual went all the way to her car to get me a bottle of water. That was an incredible act of kindness. Of course, the final step in this first time experience, was the final eye exam, with Dr. Brenda Gonzalez. She was very patient and took her time. Explained each step of the exam. Showed me the back of my eye, pointing out that there is no signs of Macular Degeneration. As well as she pointing out the blood flow behind the eye. She was extremely professional in her examination. After the exam, it was time to pick out a frame. Even though there was a line forming to pick up prescriptions, etc. he was patient with me, especially when it came to figuring where to mark the frame off, so that the bifocal line would measure exactly where it needed to be. He was patient, and professional in his approach. All together this was an extraordinay experience. Thank you very much. Paul Ivey
