  Great caring, to the point staff would give 10 stars. Came in with a pain in my wrist due to moving some small boulders, after xray confirmed no break, that wrapped me up and had me on my way. Great staff they spent more than adequate time to assess and diagnose.

  Came to this facility for multiple lab draws, which 2 of the 3 were drawn successfully. Over a week later, I receive notice from my employer that I supposedly "declined" the lab draws per this clinic. Called the clinic, who confirmed they had drawn those labs but was told they had no patient label for me since they did not complete the full order. They discarded my blood, failed to inform me, and falsified medical documentation of "declination" . Inappropriate and unsafe management practices both medically and legally.

  Very impressed! This was my first ever visit to this facility, due to the convenience & close proximity to my work. Everything was great from ease of scheduling an appointment that fit my schedule to the awesome staff who were thorough, kind & listened to my concerns. I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need another urgent care visit. Highly recommend!

  The folks were very helpful when I had issues checking in. I was there for an employer mandated appointment. It was so easy. Quick in and out. All the staff was great.

  Overall, I had a great experience. This was my first time visiting this urgent care. I checked in online before leaving the house which was quick. When I got there, I signed in on a tablet. I can't remember how long I waited exactly before being called back but from the moment I walked in to when I left it was an hour. I like being able to check-in and then showing up and waiting. I went in for an ear infection. I'm prone to ear infections. I was still recovering from double jaw surgery too. The nurse practitioner was patient and informative. She processed her thoughts aloud with me. She said it helps her make a decision and I'm glad she did because I quickly realized my simple ear infection could cause bigger issues when I will still recovering from double jaw surgery. It was quickly decided we needed to do more than just keep an eye on it. She immediately sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and they were ready for pick up by the time I left the urgent and arrived at my pharmacy. I will definitely be going to this urgent care again in the future. It was quick and easy.
