The people behind the counter are hands down the worst. We have had so many issues with our prescriptions there. Definitely not isolated incidents, at least 1 out of every 3 times we go there there is an issue. Things not filled out (even though they were given HOURS and/or DAYS to do it), not calling for more information even though the knew they had to, and catching an attitude when you ask why your prescription is still not filled. Not all the people there give attitudes but there are some who need a reality check and I have no problem coping an attitude back.
My favorite situation that I especially love is when I see them chatting it up when no customers are around and when you go up and ask about your prescription the response is “it will be 30-45 minutes.” This mind you, this is hours after it was called in. DO NOT HAVE YOU STUFF SENT HERE. Save yourself the effort and have it filled other places. Other Krogers do. It have the issues this one does. This is the ghetto Kroger of Forsyth county.
***UPDATE***
Went to the pharmacy twice today to pick up the same prescription and it is still not ready. 6 hours later. Pharmacist was extremely rude and the Pharmacy Tech was oblivious. The Tech told me they would ask how much longer and instead of going to ask the pharmacist they went back to restocking shelves. This hands down is the laziest and worst customer service oriented pharmacy. Go to the Castleberry or Macedonia Kroger. What a joke.

I hate having to leave these kind of reviews but service has gone to shitzu at this pharmacy. We were given notice that our prescriptions were ready for pick up on 01/06. We confirmed they were ready prior to going on 01/07 to get them. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist said they were short of staff and they weren’t ready. I asked about the phone call notice and phone call confirmation. He didn’t have an answer for that but said they could be ready in 30 minutes. Went back to pick them up and they didn’t have but 1 prescription available. Simply stated, this place sucks.

They are kind, know your name and very helpful. Their prices are better than a lot of other pharmacies.

I have requested to have all of my medications to be refilled automatically and ready for pick up on the same day. For the past 6 plus months, there has been an excuse of why this can not be done.
Doctor mistake, insurance issues and human error. Finally, it was corrected 2 months ago. Last month, I picked them all up and no issues. This month, I get a text that my prescription is ready for pick up. Again, another human error on Kroger pharmacy department issue. Now, I need to go pick them up again. So I had to call to waste my time, once again... finally it is supposedly resolved but the mistake was theirs again.
Ridiculous behavior from a licensed pharmacist and trained individuals to simply fill my scripts together monthly!!! I do not feel confident in their actions to help maintain my health by simply doing their job correctly.
I will use another pharmacy after all these recurrent issues that they keep making...
Please be careful with your time and health while using this pharmacy at this Bethelview location. If mistakes keep happening with such a simple task, I will fine what other mistakes they must make with more risky issues like life or death!!!
