  Horrible practice! Made a appointment for my daughter took the day off from work and planned a few appointments that day.The day before 9:00am they call to confirm I am at work unable to get my phone so at 2:00pm (same day) on my lunch break I called they told me I did not call back by 12 so they cancelled my appointment and gave it to somebody else. I am sorry I have been planning this appointment for weeks and because I didn’t call to confirm in a 3 hour window it was canceled! I didn’t wait days I called back on my lunch break 5 hours later and they said it’s too late and I would need to reschedule. It’s hard for parents who work to just do that. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is not ok and they could have cared less!

  If your child requires an out of this world space(r) experience, shoot for the stars…5 star rated Mykala, that is! Defying gravity, Mykala effortlessly floated those spacers into place while our daughter flew around the room. In a universe where space is limited and Wicked (is) For Good, we are definitely happy now and will continue to follow the wonderful road of yellow brick back to Children and Teen Dental!

  I couldn’t be happier with this place. Second time i have been here and both times have been amazing. Valentina and the entire staff in general, have always provided exceptional service for our son. Came in for tooth extraction and my son was in and out in less than 1 hour. Thank you to everyone for all their help

  I took my son here, he had several filling over a couple of months. Within 3-4 months 6 filling just fell out! I took him to my dentist to have them replaced I spent an additional $1000 and they reimbursed my about $200. I have never had a filing fall out let alone 6, we will never return to this office and never recommend it to anyone else!
