The testing was very thorough, and Dr. Kuck was excellent he explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand and really made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help me see better again. The eye tech, Chloe, was kind and helped make the eye exam run efficient and smooth which made the whole visit even more comfortable. The optician, Patty, was also incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right frames and even offered to order exactly what I needed. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish I highly recommend!

However, even without a system and facing difficulties, the receptionists and doctor were friendly and did a great job. However, the optimetrist was rude and unfriendly, treating me as if she were doing me a favor by attending me. I wanted to leave because of her behavior, and when I decided to pick up the frames covered by my insurance, he was even worse.
