Club Pilates North Cumming is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I had a terrible experience at Club Pilates Freedom Parkway and wouldn’t recommend it.
Their policies feel like a complete money grab. Even with an unlimited membership, they still charge you if you miss a class or don’t cancel 12 hours in advance. What’s the point of “unlimited” if you’re constantly being penalized?
The front desk staff—Molly and Trista—are extremely unprofessional. They come across as rude, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills, especially with new members. There’s no warmth, no guidance—just attitude.
They also show zero empathy. Life happens, but their rigid policies clearly prioritize profit over people.
And honestly, the glowing reviews praising Molly and Trista feel suspicious—like they’re being pushed to cover up negative feedback.
Overall, it’s all about money here, not customers. Not worth it.

So happy to finally have a good Pilates studio near me. The staff at the front are always so welcoming & kind. They make me feel like I’ve known them for years. The instructors are AMAZING & you can definitely tell just the immense amount of expertise they have in Pilates. I love this studio so much and highly recommend. I got to give a huge shoutout to my fav girls, Molly, Trista & Hailey! ❤️

This place is an absolute joke.
Instead of handling a simple no-show fee like professionals, they decided to publicly embarrass me in front of everyone. I had been out of town for a month—any decent place would show basic understanding. Not here.
The staff (Molly) is unbelievably rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. They talk over you, don’t listen, and behave like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. The attitude is honestly shocking.
Then comes the best part—they canceled my already-paid membership and still made me clear all dues, blaming me for being “rude.” So apparently, standing up for yourself after being disrespected is not allowed here.
Hidden fees, shady policies, zero customer respect. They’ll happily take your money and then treat you like trash.
If you enjoy wasting money and being disrespected, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and stay far away.

Horrible experience at this Club Pilates location. Staff and front desk are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
They mismanaged my account multiple times—classes were booked without my consent and my paid credits were wrongly marked as used. The worst part: I was pulled out of a class mid-session over a minor payment issue, forcing me to miss it. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing.
Instructors are okay, but management is a disaster. Rigid policies, poor communication, and zero respect for customers. Not worth the money at all.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here, especially with the front desk and the manager, Molly & Trista. I came in for what was supposed to be an introductory class, but it turned out to be one of the worst first impressions I’ve ever had at any business.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. Instead of feeling guided or supported as a first-time visitor, I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable. The way I was treated felt biased and unacceptable, and it left a very bad impression.
An intro class is supposed to make new customers feel encouraged and valued, but this was the complete opposite. There was zero effort to create a positive environment or even basic courtesy.
I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. Extremely disappointing.
Also, other reviews that I’m seeing here are not genuine. Staff members themselves are writing reviews and giving themselves a 5 star rating. You would also notice that as soon as their rating fell to 3.9, they have added fake reviews just within few hours to bump their rating up. It’s funny that everyone is parsing the staff members on these reviews when someone wrote genuine review about them. Adding picture of front desk member who wrote review here.
