  I’m deaf and very sensitive to my surroundings and the minute I walkin to their office I’m greeted with a hello and a smile as well they make sure I’m taken care of to understanding what’s being asked of me with that same smile which makes my visit cheerful even when I may not be in the moved.The office is very clean and no long wait time.I recommend this healthcare to anyone that needs a new doctor..They stole my heart from my first visit .Give them a try to see what I see.

  i’m not sure why Google is showing my husband‘s name, but my name is Tracey Mayes and I’ve been a long-term patient of Dr. Groover. I’ve never had a bad experience since I’ve been with her and I’ve been with her many years. Her staff is always pleasant and friendly, and I look forward to seeing them.

  We go to the doctor because we are sick/not feeling well. So it is nice to feel good energy there. Today the treatment at this office is a definite "immunity boost". I was treated with care, compassion and regards by all who served me. Thank you.

  5 star review to 1 star. Beware, they are up seller not medical professionals. I took my daughter for her wellness check up they added a hearing test that was not apart of the standard wellness visit so insurance does not cover it. Leaving me with a bill. There was never any concerns with her hearing, and she pasted her test as a baby. No reason for the test beside to add on a chargeable service. Office staff does not call you back and the answering service for Piedmont provide little to no customer service. I NEVER had this issue with any other medical providers I have taken my daughter to in the past 3 years. First and last time there.
