  I had a MRI last month and no one has reached out to let me know my results. I have called over 6 times and even went to the location to leave a message.. NOTHING! I call to schedule and appointment to speak with someone.. no answer.. this is the worst experience ever. Then they respond via message on my chart saying the doctor called me ONCE and I didn’t answer… mind you this was AFTER I’ve left several messages and when they called no one left a message or anything.. my response to that insensitive message “They called one time and didn’t even leave a message. Every time I call to do anything no one answers the phone. I have called again today to make an appointment, no answer. I went up there last week, left a message, no response. This is getting out of hand. Being unresponsive regarding someone’s health is completely unacceptable. “

  I'm old and I can get testy but the doctor and nurse were extremely patient with me and answered my questions.

  While Dr. NALI is a pleasant doctor, ai was extremely disappointed after waiting 3 months for an appointment. I research myself and went in with questions that she could not answer. She would not let me try Armour for my thyroid. She wants me to stay on Levothyroxin which has studies stating it causes Osteoporosis. She claims that only happens if you take too much! She didn't check selenium, zinc or iodine levels which all greatly affect your thyroid! Her other patients obviously don't realize any of this! I was extremely disappointed as she just hands you a prescription instead of trying to fix the actual thyroid issues! I.can only pray future doctors become functional ones! The current system just keeps you on prescription meds and doesn't understand that there is an underlying issue!
