Yolande Jackson is soooooo awesome. I have white coat symptoms (I mean blood pressure and heart rate up lol) and she made me feel soooo at ease!!!! I love it here!!!!

I tried for 2 months to get an appointment. There was an issue with insurance and they kept saying they'd call me back ASAP. I NEVER got a call back. I called everyone single day trying to get information with no response whatsoever so I finally gave up. I'm actually glad I never got an appointment. If this is how they run their front office, I'd hate to see how ineffective the care would be.

I have been going to this place for about 6 months now. I have undergone numerous tests and appointments to get to where I am today. For the first 4 months, I would have to drive 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back just to pick up my paper copy prescription. Once I called enough to inquire about E-Scripting it to my pharmacy, they finally did. Now because I missed my appointment and their staff did not return my call to reschedule, the nurse and/or doctor refuses to refill my prescription. Instead, I have to wait a full month until my next visit to get it refilled. I have called three times and each time I spoke with Jessica who is a very rude Nurse who should never be speaking to or seeing patients at all, but each time she said she would look into it and call me back. Each time I told her she said that before… once again… She never did call back. There’s no good reason to make me wait a full month to refill a prescription. If that’s the case then I shouldn’t need that medicine at all. Why even prescribe it. This would mean at my next visit, I would be showing up un-medicated, how are you going to assess if it’s effective or not? I never wanted to take the meds in the first place but agreed to do so because the doctor recommended it and he was right, they do work. I will be looking for a new neurologist with better staff.
