I was deciding between two frame styles and felt completely on the fence, but Cheryl asked thoughtful questions about how I’d be using the glasses and helped guide me to the perfect pair. She was kind, patient, incredibly thorough, and walked me through pricing, options, and everything in between. I never felt rushed — just genuinely cared for. When I returned for pickup, Mia/Mya (hope I got one spelling right:())assisted me and made the process seamless. Her professionalism and customer service were top-tier. From start to finish, this was some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. I never would have thought to use Target as my optical center, but between the management and outstanding customer care, I will absolutely be back. Thank you both!
