I have been a patient there for the last 10 or 12 years. They are always very nice and they explain everything so that when you leave you understand everything that happened during your visit

If I can not leave a star then I would. Dr. Elizabeth Reece PA saw my daughter on Thursday because she was not feeling good at all. She was coughing, choking, throwing up, running a lower grade fever 100.3 and inching her ears and her PA said it’s probably just teething since I left one day later it’s had gotta worst then before and I had call the on call doctor this morning and she said to take her to the er so I did and turn out she had a ear infection and it’s had gotten worse and they are putting her on some antibiotics for it. I will never go back to Dr. Elizabeth Reece or her PA ever again. I changed her doctor to Dr. Udell and she is the best one out of any them. I love Dr. Udell 100/10

I find the providers to be knowledgeable and the nursing staff to be friendly and sweet with pediatric patients, there are two areas where I believe improvements are needed:
1. Front Desk Service: The check-in and check-out staff would benefit from additional training regarding their professional tone and manners. Patients waiting directly in front of the check out desk should be prioritized over external patients waiting to check in.
2. Phlebotomy Training: My family has consistently had poor experiences with blood draws. We often deal with significant bruising because the staff appears to have difficulty locating veins or does not check both arms before proceeding. Most recently, this occurred during my child's visit. His vein started to “blow” during the procedure. While we are thankful he did not suffer a severe bruise. We would appreciate it if the nursing team received further training or oversight regarding phlebotomy techniques.
I appreciate the care provided by your doctors and nurses and hope this feedback helps improve the overall quality of care and service for all patients.
