- TKTina KAug 23, 20253.0I’ve been coming to the Banks Crossing PF for about 8 months now. It’s really clean and they seem to have a lot of machines so you never have to wait. The workers are nice too. It also saves me from having to drive to my old gym in Athens which was just too long of a commute everyday and I did it for 4 years. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because on weekends when I come in, the weekend morning workers, turn the fans down to the lowest settings and it’s so hot and humid in there. You can ask them to turn them up, and they do, but only briefly, and then turn them right back down. I don’t need them on high speed and I do want to sweat but there just isn’t enough air circulating. The weekday morning workers do a much better job of this, maybe keeping it on a medium speed? It’s very frustrating and I often feel nauseous on weekends in there because of this. I also think it’s very immature and unprofessional of them to change the setting of the fans within about 20 mins of a customers request every single weekend. Just disappointing. Weekday people are great! Hard workers, always cleaning, accommodating, pleasant, etc. Weekend people are aloof, unprofessional, always on their phones behind the counters, and just seem disinterested in customer service.
