  Do not use this facility. I went in for a preventative treatment and the billing department refused to code it as preventative. They coded it as diagnostic and made the patient responsible for the entire bill. I called trying to get in touch with them for seven months with no response, no return phone calls. My primary care physician had to send them a letter they still would not fix the coding finally eight months later after bawling tears with my insurance company they finally could help me…. With no help from pink monarch mind you. Never go to this facility the billing department is so rude and literally made me cry.

  My first visit was amazing. Very impressed with the quickness it took for my visit. From the walking in the door to walking right back out. I was met with friendly greetings and empathy for the slight pain I was feeling in both arms that day.
