  I was referred to them by Dr Harper’s office. Dr Harper owned Urology Center of Columbus. His office closed this month as Dr Harper has retired. I called the Piedmont Physicians Urology about two weeks ago. They said I would need to get my records from Dr Harper’s office and bring by so that one of their urologist can review the records. I went and got the records and dropped them off. Nobody ever called me. Today I called- only to be told that the urologist who reviewed my records declined to accept me for care. I am a veteran. I even had gone through all the hoops and had obtained my VA authorization to be seen by them. My condition is very straightforward and would not have taken much of the provider’s time. Thus, I am Not sure why he declined me for continuity of care. I am appalled that providers would treat patients this way, especially when referred by one of their own colleagues. I today contacted VA community care to let them know and they are going to assist me with finding a continuity of care urology provider. Hopefully other patients will not be treated this way by this facility.

  The entire staff is excellent! They all know their job and do it well. Dr. Sigman is the best! I wish every doctor I have, had his personality. I actually look forward to his appointment.

  Dr. Sigman provides excellent urology care for my husband. He listens and make sure he is thorough with the patients checkup visit.
