  There are not enough words to explain the appreciation and gratitude I have for the ENTIRE office. From the ladies at the desk, who welcomed me with smiles, then constantly acknowledging my progress to Ms Angie for teaching the classes and helping me see how important food and choices were to my healing. To Ms Donna who is always available for tips and helping keep me on track. The nurses, answering questions and making sure to ease any concerns. Everyone is always available and encouraging and just as excited about my progress and loss as I am. Having an entire team to support me is a huge part of why I’ve been successful. A thank you would never be enough to show my gratitude for giving me back my life. I appreciate and adore you all!

  I cannot say enough great things about Dr Bryner and his staff. Dr Bryner treats you with care and compassion. You can tell he generally cares about his patients as people. His staff is amazing with being helpful and their communication is top tier. They are amazing to work with. I would recommend more than 5 stars to Dr Bryner, Angela and the rest of the staff if I could. They have also created an amazing plan that is very easy to follow.

  I have been very happy with all the services provided by Piedmont Physicians Surgical Specialists and Bariatrics of Columbus. All members of the bariatric team are personally interested in the success of the bariatric patient. They are helpful and very thorough in the entire process from beginning to followup. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a bariatric facility.

  The only thing about this office that I wish was different was that they took cash payments or payment plans. So here is my experience. I started working with this office at the beginning of 2024. I was not approved through my insurance (which is no fault of the office) to get any of their services except for pills. After fighting with my insurance for 11 months I was then able to get approved for one of the medications. In the beginning I didn't know there would be side effects but as I went in up in dose the side effect grew. I called the office and they gave me medicine (Zofran) to help with the symptoms. I was on my last few pills as the side effects for me only last about 1 day and typically happen 1 to 2 days after the shot. I was about to call or message the office when I noticed that the office had already called in the medicine because they knew I was going to be out. This lets you know that they are on top of their game and they try to stay ahead of what is going on. I really appreciate every person that I have met at this office and I pray that one day my insurance will cover one of the procedures that are offered and I get to work close with the doctor. I would recommend this office 100 % to anyone with the proper insurance. Appointments are always on time and very quick but thorough. Thanks to the staff at this doctor's office.
