Juan is great -he treats patients with care, respect, and professionalism. Even though they stay busy, he always manages to take the time to make sure everyone is well taken care of. His dedication and positive attitude really make a difference. Thank you Mr.Juan
Juan came to Rheum with a great mindset and has completely turned things around compared to a few years ago. Back then, it was hard to get through to the office, but now you can actually reach someone and schedule an appointment without the frustration. He truly shows that he cares about patients and their experience.

Cynthia has been great managing the phones, and it’s clear that both calls and patient volume have been nonstop. Despite the pressure, they continue to treat everyone with professionalism, respect, and genuine care.
I understand that there may be negative reviews, but not everyone sees the challenges that come with working in a busy medical office, especially during unexpected situations. From my experience, Juan and Cynthia have remained patient, respectful, and dedicated to providing the best care possible.

I work for a pharmacy company.. I was calling this Doctors office for a patient of mine to get meds refilled, while I didn’t know that they do not take refill request bc it ONLY states that on the nurse line VOICEMAIL. When calling I reached a very rude, I’m assuming nurse, Cece, who deliberately hung up in my face after I greeted her and said where I was calling from. I would never conduct horrible customer service as such. Be careful when calling this place because it was completely unprofessional to do what she did. You could have simply told me you do not accept request from pharmacies. People like that should not be in any position of power.
