  I was visiting the pediatrics office on 10th Ave in suite 400 on March 30th, 2026 for my child's 2 month appointment when the front desk receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I first arrived around 915 I approached the desk to check in my child and the lady looked up from her phone and said "what are you here for?" I was confused by the initial interaction due to her tone and demeanor. She was acting like I interrupted her and she couldn't be bothered with checking me in. So I told her I was there for my child's appointment. She then said echeckin. Being that it was my first time at this office I was unsure of the process and I told her I hadn't done that. She said they couldn't do anything for me unless I echecked in. So I proceeded to check my email and as I was going through the process on my phone I heard her conversation with a coworker. I guess the coworker asked her something and I heard her reply " I told her to echeck in". The coworker replied who and she said " (my childs name) ". Then she proceeds to say " I dont know what's with her like what's her problem". And this was the conversation she was having in front of an older woman she was helping. Then I proceeded to say from my seat that I dont have a problem especially when it comes to making complaints for rude people. So as im waiting to be seen or called the other front desk lady (has glasses on with a mama sweatshirt on that day) was standing and she asked her if she got my id and insurance card to which the girl replied " no I didn't I dont know what she had going on". And I replied to the lady that she didn't even try to assist me or take my documents. The other front desk helped me the rest of the time and she did her job and was professional. I didn't get called to the back until 10. The nurse and doctor both did their job and was professional. When I was checking out no one acknowledged me at the counter but when I spoke up the previous lady helped me set the next appointment while the first lady looked up from her phone to look at me and then went back to being on her phone. Her demeanor and tone was rude and unprofessional.

  I don’t not recommend this place for kids. Please not clean and staff is very Rude. As I walked to the counter Shebria was on her phone not trying to assist me with help. She had an attitude and a tone of voice that carried out the door. I asked to get a form signed for my son with disability for school and I was told to drop it off. Mind you this form is needed so he can be provide food for him at school. She said in order for the form to be filled out my son would need a visit to be seen to get a form signed. Which is ridiculous to me because they have a form on his chart stating that he has a sensory to food type. This young lady shebria work as receptionist was nasty about me getting a form signed that’s important and emergency. She told me to asked the other receptionist for help Emily) she was just not helpful as the other lady. I had to ask for a manager to get help and understanding. Dr.Singh is a great provider but his staff makes it very uncomfortable to come to this office.

  I would like to apologise. I left a review for the wrong clinic. I went to this clinic, before going to the er. It was meant for the er. NOT this clinic. I was treated here and ended up having a racing heart beat later that night. The bad experience was not with this clinic. My apogise.

  If I could give a Zero, I would! Dawn the NP is so nasty and so very rude. We have been a patient since Dr. Flowers opened this place up and it has went down hill once he left along with Brittany and Dr. Hartman. Dawn is never polite, she talks down to you and I feel like she does not love her job. Heck the way she treats her patients shows it!!! I'm over her rudeness!!!!
