I was referred here by another Piedmont office to see if they would be able to take over my care and handle my medication as Primary Care Providers. When I called to potentially make an appointment, the woman who answered stated they would not be able to assist me, and I would have to be referred to a specialist, despite having my care handled by my PCP for years. When I asked her if she or any other staff member knew of a Piedmont that would be able to assist so I could be pointed in the right direction rather than calling every Piedmont Office in Columbus during my small amount of lunch time, she said that she didn't know of any and she would not be asking the other staff members. I asked her why, and she stated, “You aren’t a patient, so we have no obligation to help you.” While it was true I wasn't a patient, I figured it was a simple act of kindness to turn to the person I can hear next to you to ask a question, but I guess not. As someone who works in customer service, I would never tell a potential customer anything like this, especially one who was just asking a simple question or for help when they were frustrated. I would not recommend even calling this office, let alone initiating care with them. Apparently, if you aren't a patient already, they do not feel obligated to help you in any way and do not care about your needs or that you are a person.

I can’t get anyone to call me back .
Great staff doctors and nurses and receptionist also
If you value your life, I wouldn’t recommend going here. The doctor(s) here definitely don’t seem to care about anyone but their self - their office staff seemed to not mind either. Definitely don’t go here if you have a potentially life-threatening concern - seriously, please take this review into account before risking these providers are genuinely do not care.
Have had quite a horrible experience since they switched my primary care. One day I was informed my previous provider was no longer there. I was placed with a new primary care doctor who was in residency, that experience was actually very great! Then I needed to come in for a drug test for some of my medications (this was nothing new to me) so I made the appt. The doctor I was placed with was not my new Dr, or anyone I had ever seen. I even was sent somewhere completely different. This new Dr I had never seen changed my medications (even though I have been on these medications/dosages for years). This was frustrating but now I can’t even get them to refill any of my medications. I have called the medication refill line 5 times now for the past week and no one will call me back, I have requested it online, messaged. Absolutely ridiculous.
