  I am leaving a five-star review. I am leaving this review for Alice. when I arrived at the emergency room I was in tears. Due to all of the construction. My frustration because of my procedure. I was running late for that to begin with and that is when I came upon Alice! She is an angel. I heard her heartbeat The sound of her voice. She left me to my exact location I was seeking She calmed me She led me I am so very grateful to you Alice Thank you. God bless you. Your friend forever. Patricia Dunne

  Don’t come here . Waited 3 hours just to see the doctor for 2 minutes and didn’t ask about current pain and said Ill be okay

  If I could give Piedmont Midtown Emergency Room a “0”, I would. I brought my 76-year old mother to the emergency room for severe edema in both her legs due to she is currently taking a steroid, as she has a brain tumor. She is also prepared to have a biopsy at Piedmont Midtown. We arrived on Monday, January 12th approximately at 7:15 pm and it is now 4:51 am, Tuesday, January 13th and we’re still here! We came to the emergency room on a Monday night, it was steady but not overly busy. All patients that were in the waiting room when we arrived was seen and most left before my mother. My mother sat in the waiting room with new patients checking in and did not get called back with the doctor until 3:00 am. The nurse in the waiting room was rude. The lady issuing the visitor badges was rude. The only positive experience was speaking with the RN, Josie in Triage and finally the doctor. I will never recommend anyone to Piedmont Midtown, this was absolutely ridiculous! Asking the rude nurses a question was like committing a crime.

  My grandfather had internal bleeding and extremely high blood pressure... the nurses were all saying he needed to stay but the doctor sent him home with no answers. Note he is fighting off lung cancer and had half of one of his lungs removed.If something happens I will sue for Malpractice!
