Piedmont Columbus Regional’s Midtown Campus is the flagship hospital of Piedmont Columbus Regional, and is also the largest hospital in west Georgia and east Alabama. The Midtown Campus is a 583 licensed bed, tertiary care hospital providing a comprehensive array of healthcare services to meet the medical needs of the diverse region we serve. The Midtown Campus has been home to the Family Medicine Residency Program since 1972. The nationally recognized program, which was the first of its kind in Georgia and one of the first in the Southeast, has graduated more than 500 family physicians.
