    I took a drug test that was labeled split sample but the lady only used one container and left urine in the cup. When I finally got called back there was urine in a container on the counter. If my urine sample was done wrong someone is going to have to pay for the next one not me.

    Unfriendly, impersonal staff. Longest wait for a physical I’ve ever had. Left before I even saw the doc, 2hrs and 15min wait. I do not recommend going here.
