Checking in was a little confusing. I personally don't like that no one was at the desk to talk to. The wait to go to the back was not to bad thankfully. The lady who called us back was very nice my sweet baby loved her and was all smiles even after she swabbed his little nose. The doctor was very nice and helpful. My poor baby has a double ear infection 😫

Very frustrating experience. I waited over 3 hours with my child and was never seen by a provider. After being taken back and having vitals done, we waited about 30 minutes before asking for an update and were told there was one room ahead of us. Another 30 minutes passed with no update. When I informed them we were leaving to take my child elsewhere, I was told the provider was still busy.
There was only one other patient in the waiting room at that point, which made the wait even more confusing. I also received a cancellation text afterward. I have requested a refund and am hoping that is handled appropriately

The overall experience was ok. Check in process was fine. The staff was polite and professional. The provider was attentive. However the wait time was awful. This was our second visit and it was over 2 hours before we saw a provider both times, even with an appointment. From time of check in to being taken into a room was 1 hour and another hour to see a provider.

We’ve visited KidsStreet a few times over the past year, and every experience has been great. The staff has consistently been kind, patient, and thorough with my kids.
At our most recent visit, I shared concerns about my child with special needs being exposed to what his brother had. They went the extra mile to take additional steps and confirm what was going on. That level of care and attention gave me real peace of mind.
As a parent, it’s not always easy to find providers who truly listen to your concerns without making you feel like you’re overreacting or don’t know what you’re talking about. KidsStreet has never made me feel that way.
