- HBH BMar 19, 20261.0I called and asked if their physicians offered a particular surgical procedure, a pretty common one, before going through the process of getting a referral, consultation, etc. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to the main number at Piedmont. It was a relatively simple question. It does not give me a lot of confidence in their care. I will find care somewhere else.
