  Amazing location! I came as a walk in and was seen almost immediately. The front desk ladies were nice and professional. Dr. Clark is very personable and knowledgeable. And Tracy, who helped me with my frames was awesome and got me set up quickly! Lots of good selections on frames, and even better, they are ready in an hour! This will definitely be my go to glasses location here on out

  I am so impressed with my entire experience! I walked in without an appointment and was able to get an eye exam the same day with only a $20 copay — you simply cannot beat that! When it came time to pick out my glasses, the atmosphere was so relaxed and comfortable. Joyce never made me feel pressured or like she was just trying to make a sale. She genuinely had my best interest at heart. I have multiple insurance plans and she took her time to carefully figure out how to maximize my benefits and get me the most for my money — that kind of patience and attention is rare! I loved the experience so much that when she handed me readers to use while I wait for my glasses to come in, I jokingly told her "you want all my money!" She smiled and said "that's included in your purchase." I was blown away — little things like that make such a big difference. Even though it may take about 2 weeks to receive my glasses, I am completely pleased with my purchase and the entire experience. If you're looking for a stress-free, patient, and knowledgeable team, look no further. Ask for Joyce — she is the best!

  Make sure you have the manager double check your insurance to make sure you have coverage. A regular employee saw my insurance card and said that I didn't have coverage. So I left and went somewhere else to get glasses. But the other spot did not have the glasses that I wanted so I came back to eye mart to just pay out of pocket for some lesser quality glasses. This time thw manager helped me and I gave her the same insurance card I gave the employee and she looked it up and saw that I did indeed have glasses coverage and I could get the higher quality glasses and another back up pair for free, all with no money out of pocket. I'm not mad at the first employee she just didn't know but I wish she would have double checked with the manager before I left because if I had not come back I would have missed out and paid more money than I needed to foe glasses. But other than that it was a good experience. I would recommend Eye Mart in the future.

  I’ve been going to Eye Mart since 2022, and I can honestly say their staff never fail to disappoint. Every visit, they are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful when it comes to choosing and maintaining eyeglasses. What stands out the most is how they take care of my son’s glasses. Whenever they can, they repair them quickly and efficiently, and if the damage can’t be fixed, they make the replacement process easy as long as the pair is under warranty. That level of service and consistency means a lot as a parent. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with reliability, but Eye Mart truly does. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and support with their eyewear needs! Best place I could have chosen for my 10 year olds eye care!!!
