By far the WORST Healthcare facility I've ever been to. I waited almost 90 minutes to see a "Provider" (if there even was any there), and my child fell asleep waiting. After waiting for 90 minutes, I walked out with my daughter, the staff desk saw me walk out, and nobody said a word to us. You're better off taking your child to the ER than here. At least at the ER, your child will get seen

First and last time we go here, we went Tuesday 3/3, got there at 4 pm walked out at 7:25ish. 1 hour in waiting room, 2 hours in the back. The dr was..I don’t know something felt off about her. Just had my son tested for covid/flu she walks in tells us his test were negative says she just has to listen to him then gets super into earwax in his ear..walks out of the room to get tools and is so determined to get it out, we had came from school straight to this urgent care and he hadn’t eaten and was already begging to go home, I had to tell her to stop because she would not stop going at it and that’s not even why we came in. GO ANYWHERE ELSE the wait times are absolutely awful and the whole experience was so freaking weird and awful. There’s also a note on the door in the waiting room that encourages you to give this place a 5 star review and you get a free bottle of Tylenol/motrin. Maybe why this place had so many “good” reviews? I’ll spend the $10ish myself then lie about this place being good.
I hesitated to even make this review because every other time we have went there, it was a great experience. I usually adore the entire staff and how thorough they are. The other night, was a different story. After being there for a couple of hours, the doctor walked in. There were several other patients there so the I felt the delay was reasonable. She did not ask for names or anything, though. She just started telling us test results. However, they were not my daughter’s test results….. After I informed her what we were actually there for, she admitted she had not even checked if those results were in yet and left to look at that. Over an hour later, a nurse hands us the discharge paperwork and says we are good to go. I didn’t find out the diagnosis or that medication was even sent in until after I read the paperwork in the car.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience this morning. The urgent care center is listed as opening at 9:00 AM, yet we waited outside for over 20 minutes past opening time with no communication or update. Eventually, someone came out to tell us they were still waiting on a medical assistant and had no estimated arrival time — and suggested we “probably just go elsewhere.”
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you’re standing outside with a sick child expecting timely care. If the clinic cannot open at its posted hours due to staffing issues, that needs to be communicated proactively — not after families have already been waiting outside.
Urgent care centers exist for situations where people need prompt medical attention. Reliability and communication matter. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of both.

Original appointment was at ~10:25. Got a text 30-40 minutes prior that the new appointment time was 11:15. Was finally taken back around 12:00. Saw a LPN or PA or something by 12:50, still waiting on my perscription now...
They are overbooked to pad their pocket, and couldn't care less about my time. If we don't start rejecting these business practices it will become more normal than it already is. Getting a rash cream shouldnt cost me co-pay and a full days work. The disregard for paying customers time is absolutley shamefull. The owners of the business should hang thier heads in shame for how they carry on.
