They strive to match caregivers that they feel will blend well with the personality of the person to which they're providing care. The other really positive thing to say is that the caregiver turnover was practically zero. This provided my mother with a very consistent daily experience with her caregivers. It also allowed me to get to know her caregivers which proved valuable over time with my mothers changing healthcare needs. I highly recommend them!

I live several hours away and am not to be there on a daily or weekly basis. They are caring, attentive and keep me up-to-date on their needs. The only reasons that I'm giving them 5 stars is because 10 starts wasn't an option!
