I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The class was perfect for someone who has never taken a pilates class. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly!! I will definitely be going back.

I love all the instructors. They're all slightly different and you can learn things from each. If you ask me about my favorite part so far, it's the fact that I've lived with chronic pain in my hip for the past year and this is the first time I've seen some light at the end of the tunnel. I even went through six straight months of physical therapy, and when a doctor recommended doing Pilates, I never would have believed it would work for me. But this has been by far the best thing I could have done for my hip. My day to day mobility has increased and I have far less pain than I did.

I am extremely sad and disappointed about my experience with this club. I completed the teacher training program (which I took out my entire savings for since it wasn’t cheap) and aspired to become an instructor here. I love Pilates and was very happy with the club until I left to have my baby. I was told there would be a freeze fee on my account, and I agreed to it because my plan was to return. I continued to be charged a freeze fee for many months, and since I didn’t understand that this was how it worked, I contacted my bank and disputed a couple of those charges. After that, I was charged $165 (my monthly premium). I was upset, but I was told that I could take classes and that this would be my final payment. Even though I am currently a stay-at-home mom and unemployed, I understood and signed up for eight classes. I took one class, but I wasn’t greeted and did not feel welcomed. When I later checked the app, I noticed that my class credits had disappeared. I called and was told that I owed an amount far greater than the $30 my bank had disputed. I was told this was because they had “been nice” by not charging the full freeze fee and had waived another one, but that this was still the amount I owed in order to unfreeze my account. I was left with very little explanation. Today, I received a text stating that I owed $325 and that I needed to call an 800 number to make a payment. When I did, I was informed that an additional $60 in late fees had been added to my account (while I was technically waiting on a response). How is this fair? At no point was this clearly communicated to me.

Several months ago, I left my first Club Pilates class without participating because staff ignored me when I first came in, offered no guidance on expectations (rules), and attempted to rush me into buying their socks—demonstrating unacceptable customer service. I gave it some time and figured that maybe it was a fluke. Giving the studio a second chance, I rebooked through ClassPass, only to be told upon arrival by Emma per Shannon that I still had to pay for a class that I was specifically told would be covered. This reflects repeated mismanagement, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for clients’ time. Such handling is unprofessional and unacceptable, and I expect the studio to address these lapses to prevent future occurrences.

Part of the club Pilates community for about 3 months now and I’m very happy with it! I look forward to every class. The instructor are wonderful, the atmosphere is uplifting and it’s just a great part of my day!
